Almost every audit we've run has identified $10K+ in annual recovery — usually multiples of that. If yours doesn't, tell us and we'll dig deeper at no extra charge until it does, or refund you.

Optionally. After you receive the report, if you want help implementing 1-3 specific findings, we scope a fixed-fee engagement separately. The audit price never bundles implementation — they're kept clean and separate.

Yes, the call is recorded and transcribed so we can write the report. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used only to produce your report. We don't share with third parties. Full details on the privacy page.

Standard audits include a confidentiality clause. The Standard tier ($999) is fully confidential by default. Founding fleets ($499) trade case-study rights for the discount — you can choose to remain anonymous in any case study we publish.

Yes. We work with fleets nationwide. The Dallas address is where Vigil is based, but the audit is done remotely and the findings apply regardless of where you run.
